Carried  3.0MinutesMotion: Agnes/Mark approved the minutes. Carried.  4.0 Treasurers Report: The treasurer was not present. Mark presented Morgans report. Joan noted that the payment to Legacy Magazine should have been under the Ted Harrison Account  5.0 Committee Reports 5.1 Publicity and Community Awareness New newsletter is ready for circulation-to be discussed later on agenda.  5.2 Heritage Site Mike not available for his report. Joan reported that three tamarack trees were planted on the north side of the lift station. They were donated by Baptiste Lake Tree Farm and planted in memory of Les Cheshire. Ralph Johnson will contact Rod Winder when he is ready to cut the lumber for the scows. A work party will be organized to go and pile and load the planks.  5. 3 Trans Canada Trail No rep. present. Discussion ensued with regard to the pavilion at the riverfront, and the preferred position of a donated park bench. Discussion tabled until Mike and/or trail rep present.  6.0  Old Business 6.1.Athabasca Landing Foundation CEPT Funding for a feasibility study has not been received as of yet. Unofficially Mark has had word that the grant was approved. 6.2AU Christmas Craft Fair- Joan reported that $430.35 was made at the craft fair. An excellent gain for two hours of selling. Thank you to all who helped. 6.3Letter to Town Council re: highway redesign and campground redesign. Stephen read a letter of response from Town Council suggesting that the AHS appoint a representative to attend any design-related meetings for this area. Jerry moved that a member of the AHS be designated to attend any future such meetings. Anne seconded. Carried. Bertha nominated Anne to be this representative. Seconded by Jerry. Acclaimed. Maxine will draft a letter to Town Council advising them of the action and asking we be kept informed. 6.4A new very well done newsletter was presented to the group for their review. The new AHS logo was used as a header. All agreed that it was an excellent piece of work and displays the hard work and successes of the group. A round of applause was given to those who contributed to and assisted with the newsletter. Vicky will print labels for the mail-out to present and past members. She will also have the list transferred to a Microsoft format for future use and Agnes will assist with this. Members also took copies for distribution to various places in town. Joan will send copies to a media list.  7.0 New Business 7.1 Proposal for Lifetime Memberships: Mark/Peggy moved to add an option for lifetime membership to the membership application for the price of $50.00 per family.
